Hi, I'm Faye

Photography has intrigued me throughout my life.  Using Instamatic cameras with pop-flash-bulbs was a highlight of my childhood, as well as watching my dad capture weddings and events. Every birthday, holiday, and family gathering saw him coaxing my siblings and I try pose after pose as he perfected different shots, and then using his dark-room to see what developed. (It was a magical place that was supposed to be strictly off limits but which we, of course, always used during games of hide-and-seek.)

Graduating to a Canon camera in my teens increased my passion for learning about photography and capturing memories; all of these experiences inspired me to start my own studio: Moments by Faye Photography. Showcasing the beauty and strength of dance through photography is something I cherish.
